Sunday Planning

Most of us are too tired during the week to do anything. I know forme, I am always tired. I have a hard time waking up some mornings When I do get up, it’s later than I had planned. That gives me less time to find what I am wearing that day or even make lunch. So to change this, I started planning my work week on Sunday.

Meal Planning

I eat healthy, so I now make my meals at home. This helps to keep me from eating out. I am saving money and eating better. My meals include shrimp, salmon, ground turkey bowls, and plenty of vegetables.

What to Wear

I work in a business casual environment so I have to look presentable daily. I choose 5 outfits for each day of the week. I can have them ironed, if needed, on Sunday and don’t have to worry about doing it during the week. This also keeps me from having to over think what I wear, which causes me to rush.

Plan

Plan everything. I have a pretty good idea of what my work load is because it never changes, but there are things that I do outside of work that I also have to plan for. I work part time three days a week. I am also a DJ and event planner. Keep a planner for all of my activities and events so that I don’t miss anything and be on time.

Set Goals

Set goals for yourself however small they may be. Write your goals down. I believe seeing your goals written down makes them easier to achieve! Manifest! Try to set 1 or 2 goals per week. I set a weekly goal to save $50.00.

Expectations

Go into your work week expecting and knowing it will be a great week. Positivity is key. Ignore all negativity and negative people. Put your headphones on and listen to music or a great podcast to avoid office drama.

Love Always,

Stephanie
