I'm A Yogi!

I have started doing yoga. Yes, I am a Yogi now! I’ve done yoga before, but this time I am going to be consistent and make it a lifestyle. I have been working out more and trying to lose weight. I decided to incorporate yoga into my routine to help with my weight loss. Yoga was an easy choice because I wanted to get back into it. My instructor is an old classmate from high school. I got to her class every Monday night. She’s a great instructor and always so helpful. I also wanted to find a way to relax myself. I am always so tense and somewhat stressed. Yoga calms and relaxes me. I sleep better at night. It also as help me with my blessed pressure. It had been significantly high before, but now I am finally seeing better numbers. I have also downloaded an app called Yoga for Beginners. It allows me to do yoga from home. I recommend yoga to anyone wanting to feel more relaxed, ease pain, increase flexibility, or maybe reduce insomnia. Let me know your thoughts.
